About Us

With over 25 years of experience in furniture making, my work is rooted in a deep appreciation for craftsmanship, thoughtful design, and enduring quality.

Before becoming a cabinet maker, I spent several years working for a period architectural design and construction company, where I developed a strong understanding of proportion, materials, and how well-designed spaces come together.

My formal training took place in North Devon, where I completed a year-long furniture making course under the guidance of renowned craftsman David Charlesworth. Following this, I worked for an established cabinet making company, further refining my skills and gaining valuable workshop experience before venturing out on my own and founding my business in 2006.

I am passionate about creating sustainable, functional, and beautiful furniture, made to meet each client’s exacting requirements. Every piece is carefully considered and built to last, combining traditional craftsmanship with a practical, modern approach.

Over the years, I have completed a wide range of bespoke projects, from media units, bookcases, kitchens, and bathrooms, to smaller, finely crafted items such as bespoke jewellery and keepsake boxes—perfect as meaningful, one-of-a-kind gifts.

Whatever the scale of the project, my aim is always the same: to create furniture that is both purposeful and a pleasure to live with.
